Professional & Scientific Relations (PSR) Manager - Benelux Region (Dentistry)

Location: Rotterdam office, with 50% travel within the Netherlands and Belgium and occasional travel to European facilities

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and dental associations across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Manage scientific presentations, educational events at dental schools, continuing-education programs, and online webinars.
• Deliver scientific training for the regional detailing force on company initiatives and message tracks.
• Monitor political, strategic, and scientific developments in the professional dental field.
• Provide dental expertise to the Oral Care business, collaborating with sales, marketing, R&D, and retail customers on claims, commercialization, and joint activities.
• Own regional PSR strategies, action plans, budgets, CRM, resources, and activities.

Requirements

• Dentistry degree issued by a Dutch or Belgian university.
• Professional experience as a dentist in Belgium and/or the Netherlands.
• Fluency in English and Dutch required.
• MS Office proficiency and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, leadership, influencing, networking, strategic-thinking, resilience, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage compliance requirements and the specific legal and regulatory context of dentistry in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• PhD or specialty in Dentistry or Medicine.
• Leadership experience in community health, professional marketing, external relations, detailing, pharmaceutical business, or oral care.
• Experience working with associations, KOLs, and scientific education.
• Digital media, social, and CRM experience; French is a plus.
