Production Coordinator (Fashion)

Location: Beverly Hills, California, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do

• Download production reports and maintain weekly work-in-progress reports for domestic and overseas vendors.
• Communicate with manufacturers and coordinate fabric, lab dip, strike-off, accessory, trim, fit, prototype, pre-production, TOP, and production sample submissions.
• Support bulk approval workflows and verify that TOP samples match approved bulk production.
• Review packing lists in NetSuite, audit unit volumes, and report late deliveries or shortages.
• Coordinate with design and technical teams to ensure vendors receive timely tech packs, fit comments, and updates.
• Issue shipping labels, update sample-tracking tools, assist with buy sheets, and prepare samples for presentation meetings.

Requirements

• BA in Fashion or equivalent work experience.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization, time management, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality, prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment, and work independently and collaboratively.
• English proficiency is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Availability for onsite work in Beverly Hills, Monday–Friday during core business hours.
