Product Manager - AI Investing

Location: Japan, with hybrid work from the Japan office at least 3 days per week

hirify.global is a Southeast Asian financial services platform expanding from insurance into spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and other consumer financial products.

What you will do

• Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
• Turn complex financial products into simple and usable customer journeys.
• Use data, user feedback, research, and production issues to improve product decisions.
• Launch features, monitor performance, drive iterations, and balance speed, experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or in a similar role.
• Strong product sense and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Ability to work deeply with engineers and designers to ship products.
• Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
• Strong writing, prioritization, stakeholder management, ownership, and independent execution.
• Strong English communication is required; English is the main working language.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products.
