Senior Java Fullstack (Java Spring)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal — hybrid, with 3 days per week at the office

Salary: €3,300–€3,700 gross/month, including fixed and variable components, meal allowance, remote work allowance, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, code, enhance, and maintain software components across systems and applications.
• Take ownership of component quality, performance, and technical delivery.
• Analyse complex technical problems and contribute to scalable solution design.
• Contribute to key technical decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business objectives.
• Support and guide less experienced colleagues through knowledge sharing and development best practices.

Requirements

• Strong or expert proficiency in Java Spring.
• Strong software development experience, including component design, coding, and enhancement.
• Experience with technical ownership, quality, performance, and complex problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of modern software development and Agile practices.
• English proficiency at minimum C1 level.
• Availability to work 3 days per week at the Lisbon office.
