Senior Fullstack Java/Angular Developer (with GCP)

Location: Hybrid in Porto or Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

• Develop and support enterprise-grade applications for investment banking and financial services operations.
• Build fullstack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and RESTful APIs.
• Design and maintain microservices and cloud-based services on Google Cloud Platform.
• Work with GCP services including GKE, Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Spanner, and Cloud Storage.
• Support continuous integration and delivery using Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, and Google Cloud Build.

Requirements

• Degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar field; equivalent experience is also considered.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong Java 17/21, object-oriented programming, design patterns, clean code, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Maven, Git, and Angular skills.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL databases such as Oracle, and continuous integration tools.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including compute, container, database, storage, and CI/CD services.
• Advanced English level required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Google Cloud Functions.
