Solutions Engineer

Location: Tokyo, Japan, office-centric hybrid schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu in office; Wed mostly remote; Fri depends on work type)
What you will do
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to strategize and execute ROI computations
- Act as trusted advisor for customers and Solutions Engineering organization
- Create customer-specific presentations and demos with Sales and Customer Success
- Develop and apply success metrics across customer base
- Support Solutions Engineering team in global impact metrics and operations
- Collaborate with Product, PMM, Sales, and Enablement teams for program execution
Requirements
- Location: Based in Tokyo, Japan
- 5+ years in Presales, Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales, or similar SaaS roles
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills to understand customer pain points and translate into ROI
- Native level Japanese and business level English
- Curiosity and willingness to learn AI tools and emerging technologies
