Customer Service Agent - Air Export

What you will do

• Process air export shipments according to company policies and customer standard operating procedures.
• Communicate with overseas branches and coordinate shipment activities as part of an international team.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate system records and communicate special requests to service providers.
• Review service provider billing invoices and support colleagues in achieving operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
• Fluent operational English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Visio.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, communication, organizational, and proactive problem-solving skills.
