HR Generalist in Part-Time (f/m/d)

Location: Geldersheim, Germany; onsite part-time role of 19–25 hours per week

What you will do

• Support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Handle operational and selected strategic HR topics with HR managers.
• Manage recruitment from job posting through hiring while maintaining respectful communication.
• Prepare employment documents and reports, maintain employee data, and apply Freudenberg Group standards at the site.
• Collaborate with HR managers, staffing providers, and the works council.
• Contribute to HR projects such as digital personnel files and performance reviews, and independently improve existing processes.

Requirements

• Degree in human resources or business administration, or comparable commercial training with an additional HR qualification.
• Practical experience in a varied HR role.
• Good knowledge of German employment law and confidence with administrative HR processes.
• Experience with common HR systems, ideally Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, and comfort working with data and figures.
• Independent, pragmatic, discreet, hands-on, and respectful communication style, including with the works council.
• Fluent German at C1 level or higher and good written and spoken English.
