Software Engineer (AI)

Location: In-person at the NYC HQ in Union Square, New York City

Salary: $175K–$275K plus equity

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end agentic systems for short-form video creative workflows.
• Design agent architectures for context gathering, planning, tool selection, and reliable execution at scale.
• Integrate internal research and external state-of-the-art models into production agent experiences.
• Measure and improve agent quality through experimentation, evaluation frameworks, and real-world feedback.
• Work across product, machine learning, and systems engineering while owning problems from definition through deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional industry experience.
• Professional experience designing and developing ML systems or agentic pipelines.
• Deep experience with context engineering, including RAG systems, token optimization, and context management at scale.
• Experience building evaluation systems and agentic infrastructure for context gathering, tool selection, and multi-step planning.
• Strong problem-solving fundamentals and the ability to scope and deliver projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in person at the New York City headquarters.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent architectures.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs for specific use cases.
• Knowledge of generative media and agentic AI technology.
• Experience as a startup founder or early engineer.
