Software Engineer Graduate (E-Commerce)

Location: Seattle, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

Salary: $100,320–$177,840 annually, with potential bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Build and operate big data computing frameworks and storage systems for large-scale platform services.
• Design and optimize high-concurrency distributed systems for stability during peak global traffic.
• Improve system efficiency and scalability for the global e-commerce ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on large-scale engineering initiatives.
• Integrate emerging technologies and new ideas into core platform infrastructure.

Requirements

• Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with big data processing and storage frameworks such as Hadoop, Flink, Spark, Kafka, Hive, HBase, Redis, or RocksDB.
• Strong foundations in coding, algorithms, data structures, software design, and problem-solving.
• Clear and concise communication skills, critical thinking, ownership, and initiative.
• Ability to start onboarding by the end of 2027 and work fully in person in Seattle.

Nice to have

• Experience in risk control or governance.
• Experience building large-scale machine learning infrastructure.
• Experience with petabyte-level data processing.
