Salary: $138,700 - $203,900 (depending on location)

What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable frameworks to support data ingestion, processing, and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement data solutions using Kafka, Spark, Hive, Hudi, Presto, and Airflow.
• Optimize platforms for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency using AWS services like Lakeformation, Glue, and Athena.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
• Mentor early-career engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong experience with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Hive) and distributed computing systems.
• Experience with AWS technologies at scale.
• Must be based in the United States.
