RN Sr-Clinical Research (Oncology)

Texas Oncology is a large community oncology provider delivering evidence-based cancer care and supporting clinical research across Texas and southeastern Oklahoma.

What you will do

• Work with physicians to identify and screen potential clinical trial participants.
• Present trial concepts and details to oncology patients and conduct the informed consent process.
• Assess patients for adverse events and changes in condition during treatment.
• Educate staff and patients on the management and administration of investigational products.
• Maintain accurate, timely trial documentation and data entry.
• Coordinate with clinic departments to ensure proper trial conduct.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current registered nurse licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Current BLS or ACLS certification is required.
• At least seven years of nursing experience are required for the Senior level.
• Oncology or clinical research experience is preferred.
• OCN certification is strongly preferred; CCRC or CCRP certification is preferred.
