Clinical Research Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate assigned clinical studies, including follow-up visits, subject scheduling, pre-study meetings, and study-specific processes.
• Perform document review, data entry, test material preparation, clinical data collection, and instrumentation duties.
• Maintain study documentation, including protocols, amendments, case report forms, electronic data capture records, and other study documents.
• Resolve queries from Quality Assurance and Statistics departments and monitor panelist compliance.
• Ensure study activities and staff duties comply with protocols, SOPs, applicable regulations, and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
• Manage study budgets and complete additional tasks assigned by the Clinic Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Associate degree, or at least two years of relevant work experience with a GED or high school diploma.
• Basic understanding of clinical research concepts and the ability to learn and perform clinical study duties.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
