Digital Technology Intern - Application Development (Year Round)

Pay range: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

What you will do

• Assist with designing, running, and monitoring software performance tests.
• Translate functional specifications into technical specifications and propose software designs.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and debug technical issues in new and existing applications.
• Support project testing, documentation, and implementation under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Provide application support, maintain incidents and problems in ServiceNow, and communicate issue status and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology, project management, and business representatives while learning the company’s project methodology.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must remain enrolled for the entire duration of the internship.
• Ability to participate in application testing, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and implementation activities.
