Work Services Manager (Software Implementation)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid working arrangement with 2 days working from home and an office location in Ortigas.

What you will do

• Lead and develop Team Leaders, Consultants, and frontline team members across assigned accounts, projects, and programs.
• Oversee end-to-end software implementation delivery, including planning, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, risk management, deployment, and go-live execution.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, customer satisfaction, and implementation milestones, taking corrective action when required.
• Manage client communications, operational reviews, project updates, performance reporting, escalations, and service delivery risks.
• Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, performance, and business continuity.
• Partner with Quality, Training, Workforce Management, HR, and Professional Services teams to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in software implementation, Professional Services, Customer Delivery, SaaS, or BPO environments.
• 2–3 years of people leadership experience managing Consultants, Implementation Specialists, Project Managers, or similar client-facing delivery teams.
• Experience overseeing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and go-live support.
• Experience managing teams of 10 or more employees and working with international clients, including US, Australian, or UK markets.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, customer relationship, project delivery, and service management skills.
