What you will do
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for Georgian-speaking patients.
- Diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders according to DSM-5 criteria.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans incorporating pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring efficacy and side effects.
- Provide ongoing psychotherapy, counseling, crisis intervention, and continuity of care.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, patients, and families while maintaining accurate electronic health records.
Requirements
- Georgian-speaking psychiatrist able to provide care to Georgian-speaking patients.
- Ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions.
- Experience providing psychotherapy using approaches such as CBT, DBT, or psychodynamic therapy.
- Ability to prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
- Commitment to ethical guidelines, professional standards, legal requirements, and telehealth regulations.
- Ability to maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic health records.
