TL;DR

Student for Launch Management Department (f/m/d) (Industrial Engineering): Supporting new program launches in Queretaro through schedule updates, material requisitions, production documentation, BOM and SAP updates, and process improvement with an accent on launch coordination, materials management, and manufacturing standardization. Focus on conducting time studies, participating in Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, defining workflows in mock-up workshops, and reviewing new machinery and process efficiency.

What you will do

Update launch program schedules, activities, results, and supporting information for new programs.
Generate material and equipment requisitions and follow orders from purchase order creation through arrival, identification, and inventory.
Coordinate the creation of SOPs, procedures, forms, and other documents required to establish production standards for new projects.
Review materials and BOM compliance, submitting updates and changes to keep SAP material consumption data current.
Participate in mock-up workshops, continuous improvement projects, and FSS5 reviews of new machinery.
Work with process engineers to register improvement activities and identify ways to increase method efficiency.

Requirements

Current student of Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Knowledge of conducting time studies.
Ability to prepare reports using Microsoft Office software.
