What you will do

• Prepare moderately complex to complex fiduciary, nonprofit, and information tax returns for assigned accounts.
• Set up and maintain records and tax information for investment and trust accounts.
• Review transaction tax coding and account debits and credits for accurate tax reporting and taxability.
• Process backup and foreign tax withholding and reporting, and monitor non-resident accounts for IRS compliance.
• Advise investment officers and account administrators on tax situations affecting account management.
• Assist senior tax accountants with more complex tax returns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting or securities experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Securities or payroll experience.
• Master’s degree and/or CPA.
