Resident Project Manager (Data Centre)

Location: Site-based in Helsinki, Finland, for a major data centre project within the EU

What you will do

• Lead onsite construction administration and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, utilities, commissioning teams, and client stakeholders.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, submittals, design changes, drawing registers, document control, and construction records.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor installation quality and contractor performance, and resolve design-related construction issues.
• Support commissioning activities, integrated systems testing, and final handover.
• Review O&M manuals, as-built documentation, and record drawings, ensuring design changes are incorporated.
• Coordinate utility interfaces and infrastructure connections while resolving multidisciplinary coordination challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Services, Architecture, Surveying, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of total experience, including at least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience with data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, healthcare, or other highly MEP-intensive projects.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, BMS/BAS, EPMS, telecommunications, and security systems.
• Experience with commissioning, integrated systems testing, contractor coordination, technical submittals, and design change processes.
• CSCS card or local equivalent; Chartered Engineer status or progress toward chartership is preferred.
