Senior Substation PM (HV)

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of high-voltage projects from design and planning through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate technical teams, designers, utility companies, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage design reviews, approvals, and compliance with regional high-voltage regulatory bodies.
• Manage project risks and ensure compliance with local safety and quality standards.
• Apply health, safety, and environmental principles throughout high-voltage operations and projects.

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering high-voltage electrical systems on large or complex construction projects.
• Substation experience is required.
• Engineering or construction background, ideally with high-voltage or energy infrastructure experience.
• Understanding of utility protocols, commissioning practices, relevant codes, standards, and high-voltage safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to safety and quality.
