Senior Digital Marketing Manager (FinTech)

Location: 5-day onsite role in Greentree, Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh, United States

Salary: $120,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns against monthly and quarterly ROAS targets.
• Adjust bids, budgets, keywords, audience segments, and bidding strategies based on campaign performance data.
• Design and execute A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Monitor budgets, forecast spend, and recommend reallocations to top-performing campaigns with the Director of Digital Marketing.
• Produce weekly dashboards and monthly reports covering ROAS, CPA, clicks, trends, and optimization recommendations.
• Support omni-channel strategy by identifying cross-channel performance patterns.

Requirements

• More than 7 years of hands-on SEM campaign management experience.
• Proven expertise managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads at scale.
• Demonstrated success improving ROAS through testing, optimization, and strategic bidding.
• Experience with Google Analytics, data dashboards, and extracting insights from large datasets.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted optimization tools and marketing analytics platforms.
• Strong communication skills for presenting campaign data and recommendations to leadership.
