Compensation range: $99,000–$168,500 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

  • Lead the audit of required financial statements, disclosures, and client deliverables.
  • Assess engagement risks and design, communicate, and oversee risk-based audit procedures.
  • Manage multiple engagements, including scope, milestones, resources, budgets, profitability, and quality.
  • Identify technical accounting matters and coordinate with firm specialists when needed.
  • Build trusted client relationships, provide business advice, and identify opportunities to expand services.
  • Coach audit professionals, provide performance feedback, and support training and career development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or another discipline.
  • Active CPA or equivalent certification.
  • At least 9 years of recent assurance experience in public accounting, with extensive external audit exposure.
  • Experience leading multiple audit engagements from planning through completion, including management of teams, scopes, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, including GAAP, CAS, risk-based audit methodology, control testing, substantive procedures, and financial statement review.
  • Ability to maintain consistent onsite presence during core business hours, work from a firm office, attend client sites, and travel as required.
