What you will do

• Review and process trade activity received from various sources.
• Process trade directives sent to sub-custodians for settlement across global markets.
• Resolve trade inquiries and discrepancies with internal and external partners.
• Ensure accurate and timely reflection of trades and settlement activity.
• Investigate issues independently, troubleshoot effectively, and escalate when necessary.
• Build relationships with internal partners and develop knowledge of global securities and market guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service orientation.
• College or university degree or relevant work experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
