What you will do
- Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with significant technical complexity and non-technical requirements.
- Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, community, risk, and sustainability considerations.
- Plan, direct, and monitor program execution across engineering, construction management, permitting, procurement, scheduling, cost control, governance, and related disciplines.
- Identify implementation risks, coordinate mitigation and issue resolution, and provide strategic advice and thought leadership.
- Direct , client, and subconsultant program teams, ensuring resource alignment, contract compliance, communication, and QA/QC.
- Monitor financial performance and support client relationships, new business pursuits, staff mentoring, and growth of program management services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, planning, sciences, business administration, or a closely related field.
- At least six years of program management experience, including at least four years as a Program Manager or in an equivalent role.
- Experience leading two or more programs, each with a capital value of at least $350 million.
- Professional engineering license or PMP, PgMP, AICP, or CMAA CCM certification.
- Experience with alternative delivery methods such as design-build, progressive design-build, CMAR, P3, DBFOM, or EPC, and with PMIS, CMIS, scheduling, cost control, risk, asset management, and dashboard tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including managing distributed teams and presenting to client executives and large audiences.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in engineering, construction management, sciences, planning, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience leading an infrastructure program with a capital value of $500 million or more.
