Senior Power Generation Project Manager (Power Generation)

What you will do

• Direct and coordinate single- and multidisciplinary project teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Lead large or technically complex power generation and energy projects, managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Build and maintain client relationships and participate in marketing, contractual, design, production, and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop project strategies and plans, coordinate staffing and workloads, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Track project budgets and financial performance in coordination with accounting, operations, and business leadership.
• Implement QA/QC procedures, supervise large project teams, and mentor less-experienced project managers.

Requirements

• Significant experience with utility-scale power generation systems and equipment.
• Experience planning, scheduling, and leading complex design and consulting assignments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for regular client and internal stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and client relationships.
• Experience or exposure to distributed generation and combined heat and power technologies and projects.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• PMP certification.
