Analytics Engineer

Location: Hybrid, HQ

Compensation: $120K–$145K per year plus equity

hirify.global is an early-stage healthcare startup developing an AI-powered care navigation platform that helps patients find appropriate doctors and enables providers to focus on patients who need them most.

What you will do

• Build analytics infrastructure, tooling, and pipelines for care-navigation matching products.
• Develop dashboards for partners, business stakeholders, and internal teams to surface operational metrics and data insights.
• Connect metrics from live services to dashboards and monitoring systems.
• Create offline analysis tools for understanding aggregate and large-scale service impact.
• Design and implement metrics that assess service performance and guide product improvements.
• Establish quality metrics for iteratively improving matching algorithms.

Requirements

• 2+ years of data analytics and engineering experience.
• Experience building dashboards and user interfaces for monitoring live data, including tools such as Grafana.
• Data engineering experience piping metric data from live services.
• Strong experience with an object-oriented language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Strong backend engineering skills and systems thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenTelemetry and related products such as Honeycomb or Jaeger UI.
• Experience in healthcare technology.
• Experience building dashboards for real-world metrics and usage.
• Experience designing novel metrics and working with tracing software across multiple systems.
