What you will do

• Define and execute the data science roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing data science organization.
• Lead the design, development, deployment, and monitoring of AI, machine learning, optimization, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Drive AI initiatives primarily in supply chain, including generative AI, predictive analytics, decision science, and optimization capabilities.
• Establish model governance, validation, explainability, performance management, experimentation frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
• Partner with business, technology, data engineering, product, and executive stakeholders to define requirements, success metrics, and measurable business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related experience.
• 10 years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, machine learning, or AI.
• 6 years of demonstrated leadership experience, including leading high-performing analytics or data science teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, cloud-based analytics platforms, and modern machine learning frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI solutions.
• Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, and enterprise AI governance frameworks.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• Master’s degree or PhD in data science, statistics, operations research, computer science, engineering, applied mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional initiative leadership skills.
