Associate/Senior Associate, Oracle EPM (ePBCS) - Managed Services (U.S. or Canada)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada; must be based on the West Coast in the Pacific Time Zone

Base salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year in the U.S.; estimated total compensation including annual incentive: $126,500–$161,000

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day delivery of managed services for Oracle EPM clients, focusing on EPBCS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client incidents, service requests, configuration changes, and enhancements.
• Maintain client relationships, understand service needs, and support customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support service delivery and system integration.
• Manage service level agreement activities and prepare reports on service performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise with incidents and service requests in Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS).
• Knowledge of Oracle EPM modules and functionalities, with at least one certification at level 2 support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience for Associate level or 5+ years for Senior Associate level.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Must be based on the West Coast in the Pacific Time Zone and able to address a broad range of client requests.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARC), or Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS).
• Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
