Location: Atlanta, GA, United States / Remote within the United States

Base compensation: $110,180–$204,620 per year.

hirify.global is building an AI governance program for healthcare and regulated business applications.

What you will do

  • Lead the selection and adoption of an AI risk management framework based on standards such as NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.
  • Translate frameworks and regulations into practical policies, controls, processes, templates, and documentation.
  • Conduct gap analyses, create remediation roadmaps, and map controls across NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, the EU AI Act, and related frameworks.
  • Develop AI transparency and accountability artifacts, including model cards, data cards, and system cards, with data science, engineering, and product teams.
  • Support AI governance structures, audit and certification readiness, evidence collection, and potential ISO/IEC 42001 certification.
  • Develop AI literacy training and monitor evolving standards, frameworks, and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in AI governance, risk management, compliance, audit, or a related function involving control frameworks or standards.
  • Experience operationalizing frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF.
  • Working knowledge of AI risk management, machine learning concepts, the AI lifecycle, and AI transparency artifacts.
  • Strong analytical, gap analysis, control mapping, stakeholder management, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical and regulatory concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate across data science, engineering, product, privacy, security, and quality teams.
  • Some travel is required, approximately 10%.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated-industry experience.
  • Certifications such as AIGP, CIPM, or CRISC.
  • Experience with AI governance, GRC, or model documentation tools such as ServiceNow, OneTrust, or Credo AI.
  • Experience preparing organizations for audits or certification against recognized standards.
