Security Compliance Analyst II (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, Missouri, United States. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Develop, monitor, and maintain the enterprise security program.
• Support security policy and standards development and track the policy lifecycle.
• Evaluate and oversee controls for security and IT projects, programs, applications, and systems.
• Manage policy approvals, stakeholder feedback, and enhancement requests in the GRC tool within defined SLAs.
• Monitor findings and remediation plans, ensuring appropriate follow-up and closure.
• Coordinate corrective actions for data security incidents with information security, business continuity, vendor management, IT, risk, audit, and privacy stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience across security domains.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, HITRUST, and ISO 27001.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP certification.
