Product Developer (Women's Apparel)

Location: Beverly Hills, California, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do

• Manage apparel product development from concept through launch, meeting timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with design, production, merchandising and sales teams to align products with customer needs and business goals.
• Build supplier and vendor relationships and coordinate the timely delivery of high-quality materials and components.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify fashion trends and new product opportunities.
• Manage and mentor a team of product developers and support performance against team goals.
• Develop and manage product development budgets.

Requirements

• Five-plus years of product development experience, preferably in women’s apparel.
• Very strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and intermediate knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Supply Management.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with garment and fabric construction is advantageous.
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills during core business hours, Monday–Friday.
