Climate Product Associate

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Salary: HUF 13,680,000–15,048,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Collaborate with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to support product vision, positioning, direction, and delivery.
• Support the development and enhancement of climate products by preparing product specifications aligned with business goals, user requirements, and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate product release and launch activities, including application updates, data feeds, Salesforce changes, feature testing, client communications, pitchbooks, factsheets, FAQs, and documentation.
• Support client coverage teams with product questions, user guides, RFPs, client communications, and periodic training sessions.
• Contribute to product lifecycle management from ideation and planning through implementation, validation, customer enablement, adoption, and roadmap prioritization.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or another relevant technical field.
• Experience in finance, climate or ESG investing, product management, or a financial services organization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines autonomously.
• Experience building relationships with external clients and working with product management, research, engineering, data operations, and program management teams.
• Interest in climate issues, sustainable investing, emerging technologies, AI, and machine learning applications relevant to climate and ESG data.

Nice to have

• Front-office investment experience, including exposure to portfolio management or credit and equity research processes.
• Experience completing a product project from beginning to end.
• Hands-on experience with large language models, automation platforms, data analytics applications, or AI-powered productivity tools.
