Talent Partnership Agent (Influencer Marketing)

Location: Onsite at the Beverly Hills, California headquarters, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do

• Scout and recruit influencers, creators, and talent across hirify.global’s product categories.
• Build and maintain a pipeline based on audience, engagement, performance potential, and brand fit.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, renewals, and multi-deal agreements to maximize brand value and ROI.
• Draft, review, finalize, and manage influencer and agency contracts and documentation.
• Coordinate talent and agency payment setup and processing in internal systems.
• Manage relationships with influencers, managers, and agencies while coordinating campaign timelines and reporting with partnership teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or entertainment-industry deal-making.
• Proven experience negotiating influencer or talent rates and closing partnerships at scale.
• Established network of influencer managers and agency contacts.
• Strong contract literacy, attention to detail, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced analytical capabilities for evaluating talent performance and making data-informed decisions.
• English required; additional languages are an advantage.
