Global Community Manager (Gamedev)

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Hybrid work with three days per week in the office and up to two remote days. Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt am Main is required.

What you will do

• Own the global community strategy across hirify.global’s portfolio.
• Lead and develop the community management team across multiple titles.
• Set moderation standards, escalation paths, and channel operating practices.
• Manage community programs and the community content calendar.
• Ensure player sentiment and issues reach product, development, and leadership teams clearly.
• Partner with Creator Partnerships, PR, and Marketing on integrated activities and report on community health using evidence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in community management, including team leadership.
• Experience with demanding, long-standing player communities.
• Strong judgment in moderation and crisis handling.
• Experience operating across multiple titles or channels.
• Ability to represent the community credibly to development teams.
• Excellent written English and willingness to relocate to Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
