Manager, Commercialization

Location: Chicago, IL — Chicago/Aon Center

Base salary: $104,200–$130,200 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end commercialization process from initial concept through market launch and post-launch review.
• Drive the stage-gate process, project decisions, deviation management, and mitigation planning.
• Identify, monitor, and communicate project risks to executive teams.
• Track key metrics, report progress, and adjust plans to support successful delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Quality.
• Improve commercialization processes, speed to market, and in-market success through stronger quality and operational rigor.

Requirements

• Experience managing end-to-end commercialization or product launch projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence project decisions.
• Experience with stage-gate processes, project risks, mitigation strategies, and performance metrics.
• Ability to collaborate across R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Quality.
• Ability to work at the Chicago/Aon Center location.
