Field Applications Engineer (Altium)

Location: Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea; remote work is not available

What you will do

• Conduct technical discovery engagements, sales presentations, and product value demonstrations.
• Create and deliver live and on-demand technical content for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Identify customer technical and business challenges and establish credibility with prospects, customers, and partners.
• Support the Sales Team in driving opportunities, expanding pipelines, and closing business.
• Act as the main technical liaison for assigned accounts and promote adoption, renewals, and subscription commitments.
• Build knowledge of competitor products, technologies, and the Altium product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or another engineering field.
• 0+ years of experience and motivation to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer or other ECAD tools.
• Experience creating technical content, delivering demonstrations, and presenting technical materials.
• Understanding of PCB design, data management, cloud solutions, and MCAD.
• Strong communication, prioritization, independent-working, solution-matching, and domestic travel skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with PCB simulation and analysis, including SPICE, signal integrity, or power integrity.
• Knowledge of technical support, application engineering, and sales functions.
