Antenna Design Engineer (RF)

Location: Office-based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States. Occasional travel of up to 20% may be required for lab or field activities.

What you will do

• Design and develop antenna components and RF subsystems.
• Contribute to RF system architecture, integration, trade studies, and key design decisions.
• Create and maintain specifications, interface definitions, test artifacts, and formal technical reports.
• Analyze differences between simulated and measured performance and troubleshoot design issues.
• Perform laboratory and field testing, demonstrate products, and identify improvements.

Requirements

• US citizenship and eligibility for a Department of War security clearance are required.
• B.S. degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience with RF systems, including design, analysis, production, or testing.
• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to produce formal test documentation and reports.
• Visa sponsorship and C2C arrangements are not available.

Nice to have

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in electrical or computer engineering.
• RF system design and antenna system analysis experience.
• Experience with HFSS or XFDTD antenna modeling software.
• Experience with high-power electronics and RF test equipment, including VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and power meters.
• Experience with Came Systems Modeler or a similar MBSE tool and cross-functional engineering collaboration.
