Consulting Analyst (Digital, Healthcare, Education and Research)

Location: Chicago, United States. Digital roles are hybrid with in-office attendance three days per week. Healthcare roles may be performed remotely. Education and Research roles are remote without an in-office requirement, but candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Boston, Chicago, Washington, DC, Denver, or New York. Consulting work may require travel to client sites.

Base salary: $80,000 annually. Total estimated compensation, including annual incentive compensation, is $86,400–$89,600.

What you will do

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize findings for client deliverables.
• Collaborate with project teams on presentations, project updates, and logistics.
• Attend client meetings and analyze key metrics for internal and client leadership.
• Develop innovative consulting methodologies across digital, healthcare, education, and research engagements.
• Support client strategies, process design, technology implementations, and organizational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with graduation expected in May or June 2027.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Advanced or highly proficient Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office tools such as Visio and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including extended hours when project demands require.
• U.S. work authorization is required.
