TL;DR
DevOps Engineer (GCP) (GCP/cloud infrastructure): Building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure customer infrastructure with an accent on GCP services, infrastructure as code, and automated delivery pipelines. Focus on implementing CI/CD, monitoring system performance, applying IAM and network security controls, and resolving critical deployment and availability incidents.

What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines covering build, testing, and deployment.
- Manage scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure across GCP services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
- Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform, Deployment Manager, and related tools.
- Build monitoring and logging solutions using Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, and Operations Suite.
- Apply infrastructure and deployment security practices, including IAM, Security Command Center, and VPC Service Controls.
- Support development and operations teams, troubleshoot deployment and system issues, and participate in on-call rotations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Bash, or Ruby scripting.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- In-depth knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD concepts and tools.
- At least one current or expired professional GCP certification, including Cloud DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect, Cloud Developer, Cloud Security Engineer, Cloud Network Engineer, or Associate Cloud Engineer.
