Lead Software Solutions Architect (AWS)

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and design of scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native solutions using AWS and modern software stacks.
• Define system architecture, design patterns, technology choices, and technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through coding, design discussions, code reviews, and resolution of complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Mentor and coach engineering team members while fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring, metrics, agile practices, DevOps adoption, and lessons-learned reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on architecture design.
• Extensive expertise in .NET, Java, or Node and AWS cloud services.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native solutions.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or .NET certifications.
• Familiarity with modern software development tools, frameworks, and practices.
