Focus on coordinating workload and inventories, troubleshooting GCSS-Army processes, maintaining Major End Item accountability, and training personnel.
Location: Charleston, South Carolina, United States; on-site work with local base access required

What you will do
- Lead and train a Property Management team of more than 20 supply employees.
- Delegate, track, and prioritize workload while ensuring schedule requirements are met.
- Oversee receiving, accountability, inventory, and shipment of customer MTOE equipment and materials.
- Coordinate with maintenance shops to maintain equipment accountability and readiness.
- Complete annual, quarterly, and monthly inventories and maintain accountability of Major End Items.
- Create and update reports, conduct causative research, and ensure compliance with Army regulations, contract requirements, and OSHA safety standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience as a DoD contractor, GSA employee, or uniformed military member is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must possess a valid state motor vehicle operator license and be able to obtain and maintain local base access and a favorable Common Access Card (CAC).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 35–50 pounds periodically, and work indoors and outdoors in non-climate-controlled environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with Army Cargo Movement Operations System (CMOS), DST, Army Vantage, or GCSS-Army.
- Knowledge of Supply Support Activity core processes, Excess and Reparable Management, Plant 2000/2001 MRP, and BI Launch Pad supply reports.
- Knowledge of GCSS-Army Training and Certification and associated personnel roles.
- Leadership experience and ability to implement process improvements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
