Senior IBM OpenPages Analyst (GRC Systems Implementation)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work model. Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered.

What you will do

• Analyze and design GRC processes in alignment with business needs.
• Configure IBM OpenPages components, roles, permissions, and workflows.
• Design and implement data exchange interfaces integrating OpenPages with existing IT infrastructure.
• Lead testing and UAT activities, create test scenarios, and resolve defects.
• Create operational procedures, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and contribute to GRC process automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in GRC transformation or integration projects.
• Deep expertise in IBM OpenPages configuration and deployment.
• Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, API integration, and data exchange interfaces.
• Understanding of GRC objects, workflows, risk, compliance, and audit domains.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Communicative English and good command of French are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with IBM OpenPages migrations or version upgrades.
• Knowledge of Linux and WebSphere environments.
• Familiarity with Java/J2EE development.
• Experience with large-scale GRC implementations or banking and financial environments.
