Business Systems Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Monitor ERP and Finance BAU support activities and manage incidents, service requests, and change requests in JIRA.
• Review, prioritise, classify, document, and track tickets while communicating status and ETAs to stakeholders.
• Identify gaps in P2P, OTC, and R2R workflows and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Support ERP process improvements, integrations, data alignment, and automation initiatives.
• Explore and pilot AI tools, copilots, LLM-based assistants, and RPA for repetitive Finance and ERP tasks.
• Maintain governance, reporting, process documentation, and responsible-use practices for AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Experience managing JIRA tickets in structured BAU environments.
• Knowledge of ERP Finance processes including P2P, OTC, and R2R.
• Familiarity with AI tools and RPA platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, UiPath, or Power Automate, plus understanding of data privacy and responsible AI governance.
