What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for SPM platform questions and data-related issues.
• Design, build, and operate integration pipelines connecting third-party systems like SAP and Excel to ServiceNow SPM.
• Define and maintain data quality standards, validation rules, and data dictionaries.
• Automate repetitive data tasks using JavaScript/Glide and Python, including AI-assisted coding.
• Conduct regular data audits and reconciliation checks to ensure platform health.
• Support go-live phases and coordinate with data owners to ensure portfolio data is clean and complete.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in platform operations, data management, or system integration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically SPM or PPM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Glide or Python.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, APIs (REST/SOAP), and data transformation.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow Import Sets, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
• German language skills.
