ServiceNow SPM Consultant & Quality Integration Engineer (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Operate and support ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management as the central platform for innovation and R&D portfolio data.
• Design, build, and maintain integration pipelines connecting SAP, Excel, project management tools, and other third-party systems to ServiceNow SPM.
• Define and run data quality checks covering completeness, consistency, accuracy, and referential integrity.
• Maintain data dictionaries, field mappings, transformation logic, dashboards, exception reports, and reconciliation processes.
• Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live preparation with data owners and platform stakeholders.
• Automate repetitive data tasks using ServiceNow scripting, low-code tools, Python, and AI-assisted development techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable technical field.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience, preferably with SPM, PPM, or adjacent modules.
• 3–5 years of experience in platform operations, data management, system integration, data quality, or data migration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Glide or Python, with an understanding of data modelling, REST/SOAP APIs, and data transformation.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Structured problem-solving, ownership of data accuracy, and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Import Sets, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and low-code ServiceNow tools.
• German language skills.
• Experience in enterprise environments and innovation or R&D portfolio management.
