Marketplace System Analyst

hirify.global is transforming procurement processes across the business through an enterprise-wide iValua Source-to-Pay implementation.

What you will do

• Operate, optimize, and continuously develop the Marketplace Source-to-Pay system.
• Analyze, configure, and enhance Procure-to-Pay workflows and system functionality.
• Manage upgrades, testing, implementation of new features, and release cycles.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into solutions with Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and escalate cases to iValua support when required.
• Maintain system integrations through APIs, including DnB, Worldcheck, Avalara, EcoVadis, FSQS, Oracle, and Workday.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with P2P systems, specifically Ivalua.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
• Experience managing system upgrades and change initiatives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• High level of PC literacy across the Microsoft Office suite and an agile mindset.
