What you will do

• Manage routine, low-complexity procurement activities below the bid threshold.
• Clarify requirements and solicit bids for products and routine services.
• Evaluate quotations and select suppliers based on long-term enterprise value and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure procurement decisions meet delivery, quality, service, risk management, and diversity requirements.
• Support negotiators and sourcing specialists with administrative requests and tasks within larger sourcing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field, or four years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of how supply chain functions create value within a business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Working knowledge of PeopleSoft or another supply chain management or ERP system.

• Experience in the utility or construction industry.
