Senior Developer (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications across the backend and frontend.
• Build backend logic, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, secure integrations, and relational database models.
• Create responsive and intuitive interfaces using JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML, and CSS.
• Own end-to-end software architecture, clean code practices, system performance, and cross-stack integration.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead, delegate tasks to, and mentor junior developers while supporting testing, debugging, and production troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Experience with Entity Relationship Diagrams, relational databases, SQL, API development, and integrations.
• Strong frontend development skills with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Redux, and responsive web design.
• Experience leading and delegating work to junior developers, with strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and agile development skills.
