Senior Product Manager

What you will do

• Own the upgrade and add-on experience end-to-end to grow monthly recurring revenue.
• Define subscription pricing, package structure, tier value, and movement between packages.
• Validate and launch high-impact pricing and packaging initiatives, beginning with rookie and entry-level packages.
• Build a repeatable process for finding, testing, and scaling sources of customer value.
• Run disciplined experiments using clear hypotheses, sound methodology, and reliable significance assessments.
• Embed AI into product workflows, evaluation, and cost-awareness practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including cross-functional teams shipping production software.
• Experience in a marketplace, B2C, commercial, or monetisation context.
• Demonstrated ownership of pricing, packaging, or subscription products with measurable revenue, MRR, or customer-value outcomes.
• Strong experience designing and running A/B tests, including methodology and statistical significance assessment.
• Fluency with Databricks or equivalent data tooling to answer product questions independently.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with clear thinking in ambiguous situations.
