Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) & FPI Operator (Aerospace)

Location: 03246 93 Lexington Drive, Laconia, New Hampshire, United States. Full-time on-site position on the second shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM–1:45 AM; training on the first shift is required.

What you will do

• Produce and interpret X-ray film or digital radiographic images of tube assemblies and castings.
• Inspect and certify parts and assemblies using liquid penetrant machines and console controls.
• Perform dimensional inspection and identify flaws or foreign material.
• Follow radiation safety procedures, including personnel and area monitoring.
• Complete required system checks and perform work according to certified techniques and procedures.
• Meet NAS-410 and Titeflex certification requirements.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school, six months to one year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to accurately read and follow X-ray film or digital inspection techniques.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear during regular work activities.
• Ability to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable and punctual attendance is required.
