Principal Mobile Engineer (Flutter / React Native, AI-Assisted Development)

What you will do

• Architect and build high-quality cross-platform mobile products with Flutter and/or React Native.
• Lead mobile initiatives from product concept and architecture through implementation and App Store and Google Play deployment.
• Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, backend services, third-party SDKs, authentication systems, and cloud services.
• Apply AI-assisted and agentic coding tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and develop intelligent mobile capabilities.
• Collaborate directly with clients, product teams, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers, establish technical direction, and improve mobile engineering standards.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience building and delivering production-grade mobile applications.
• Deep expertise in Flutter and/or React Native and the cross-platform mobile ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, scalability, performance, maintainability, reliability, testing, monitoring, and release stability.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript for React Native or Dart for Flutter.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools, plus understanding of Generative AI and LLM integration in mobile products.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered mobile products or integrating Generative AI and LLM capabilities.
• Experience with agentic coding workflows, MCP, AI agents, or LLM-based development tooling.
• Experience with both Flutter and React Native, AWS or other cloud platforms, and cloud-native backend services.
• Full-stack experience with Node, React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Expo/EAS, Firebase, native modules, platform-specific SDKs, complex customer-facing features, or legacy mobile modernization.
